  • 20 chicken wings

  • 60ml peri peri sauce

  • 60ml tomato sauce

  • 4 tablespoons of oil

  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of Brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of chilli flakes


Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk until sugar has dissolved.

Coat the chicken with half of the sauce and cook it in a preheated oven 200degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

When chicken is done cooking, remove wings from the oven, use tongs to flip them over, brush on more with the remaining sauce, and cook for another 10 minutes.
