  • 2cups of beef strips

  • 1 tablespoon of flour

  • Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 tablespoon of thick soy sauce

  • ½ tbs of tomato paste

  • ⅓ cup of water

  • Fresh coriander finely chopped

  • Salt

  • 1 tbs of finely chopped garlic

  • 1 onion

  • Half green pepper

  • Half red pepper

  • Half yellow

  • 2 carrots


In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, mustard seeds, garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste and water.

Set aside

Add the beef strips to a bowl with flour and toss to coat

Heat your pan over a medium high heat and add the beef strips, salt and diced onions and fry till lightly golden, giving it a light toss.

Add the mixture of sauce ingredients to the pan and heat on medium high till sauce starts to thicken and add your veggies and sprinkle a finely chopped coriander.

Lower heat once sauce thickens.
