Daily Recipes



  • 250g sugar beans, soaked in water overnight

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 grated tomatoes

  • 500ml water

  • 30ml oil

  • Green chilli (optional)

  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tbs Curry Powder

  • 1 tablespoon curry paste

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • salt to taste


Drain the beans from the water that they were soaked in and rinse under running water.

Boil the beans for 1 hour
Add oil, ginger garlic paste, curry paste, Curry Powder, , turmeric powder and mix well.

Add grated tomatoes and onion, mix well and cook for 30 minutes.
Stir in salt.

Add green chill, Cover and allow to cook (stirring occasionally)until soft and cooked.
