Baked Chicken


  • 3 lb chicken legs/wings

  • Cajun seasoning

  • Onion/garlic powder

  • Poultry seasoning

  • Chicken broth

  • Onion

  • Green bell pepper

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  1. Season chicken liberally to your taste and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours up to overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°
  1. Spread chopped vegetables on bottom of baking dish, place chicken on top then pour 1/3 c. broth in bottom of dish
  2. Bake uncovered for a total of 45-50 minutes. At 20 minute intervals baste chicken with drippings in bottom of the pan.
